Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that produces the search results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Hosting services create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review those records in aggregate for operation and usage patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information supports site operation, error correction, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Christian County offices, Missouri state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. The privacy terms of those services govern information submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure and not otherwise.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes stated above. No visitor account is required, so this site does not keep a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from people under 18. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website holds. The research did not locate a broad Missouri universal deletion statute. Missouri public-record access is instead governed by record-specific law, including RSMo 115.157 for voter records, RSMo 193.245 and 193.255 for vital records, and RSMo Chapter 610 for public-record access and fees. Because we hold little information, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and relevant server logs. Use the Contact page. A request about an official Ozark, Christian County, or Missouri record must go to the custodian that holds it.
